  3. Payment processing: payments are handled securely by our payment providers (Shopify, Braintree and PayPal). We do not store full card details.
  4. Sharing: we share information only with the service providers needed to fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal information.
  5. Marketing: marketing email is opt-in only; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Stream2Sea products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days from delivery.

  1. Products must be unused and returned in their original, sealed packaging.
  2. Contact customerservice@stream2sea.com to obtain a Return Authorisation before returning any item.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  4. No restocking fees will ever be charged.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
