We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days from delivery.

  1. Products must be unused and returned in their original, sealed packaging.
  2. Contact customerservice@stream2sea.com to obtain a Return Authorisation before returning any item.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  4. No restocking fees will ever be charged.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
